Next Game Radcliffe Borough

The Bloods will be looking to avenge their early season FA Cup exit when they travel to Radcliffe Borough on Bonfire Night.

Droylsden lost their replay 2-1 after a thrilling 4-4 draw at the Butcher's Arms

it will be their first outing in two weeks after their blank weekend having being eliminated in the preliminary round of the FA Trophy and their league game at Colwyn Bay being postponed due to the Welsh clubs participation in the same Trophy.

Droylsden will be looking to carry the firm which has won them points in the last two league games to continue at a ground when they won a vital three points in the league towards the end of last season.

Next up Kendal Town

The Bloods will be hoping for a dramatic turn of form over the next few days as they face two home fixtures with Kendal Town the visitors on Tuesday night followed by Goole on Saturday.

Kendal come on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Colwyn Bay on Saturday and stand mid table after winning five and losing five of their league games this season under the management of Dave Foster following a period of restructuring over the summer.

The Bloods will be hoping for a repeat of the performance if not the weather, when the club's last met at the beginning of April when Shaquille Antoine-Clarke scored the only goal on a wet afternoon at the Pye Motors Stadium.

Bloods sign Ryan Winder

It has been a busy week behind the scenes as we prepare for the FA Trophy tie at Lancaster tomorrow.

The club have signed Ryan Winder, an attacking minded midfielder from Warrington, and striker Adam Farrell's loan from Stalybridge has been extended for another month.

Adam has been given clearance to play in the FA Trophy tie tomorrow as has Billy Hasler Cregg.

Finally we bid farewell to Mike Roddy who joined us at the beginning of the season and is now leaving by mutual consent.

We wish him all the best in his future career.
